Keep eviivo. Add your own booking website.

If you already take bookings through eviivo, you do not need to change anything. directbook.uk builds you a hand-built website for a one-time £1,999, and your existing eviivo booking flow is embedded on it. Bookings keep flowing through your eviivo account, payments go to your own account, and we take zero commission. We never ask for your eviivo password.

How the integration works

1. You stay in control of eviivo. Your account, your rates, your availability and your payment setup stay exactly as they are.
2. You paste in a small code snippet. eviivo provides an embed code or booking link for your property. You paste it where we show you, and it takes about two minutes.
3. We design the site around it. Your website gets proper room pages, photos, local area content and your story, with your eviivo booking flow built into your site where eviivo’s embed supports it; where eviivo only offers a booking link, we place it prominently so the path to booking stays short.
4. Bookings land in eviivo as normal. Nothing changes on the eviivo side. You manage reservations the way you do today.

Why add a website if eviivo already works?

eviivo handles your reservations well, but on its own it does not give you a place guests find through search, remember, and return to. Your own website lets you rank for your property name and your area, present your rooms and breakfast properly, and give repeat guests a direct route that avoids agency commission. The booking still goes through eviivo, you just own the front door.

What are you actually paying the subscription for?

An all-in-one subscription like eviivo bundles four different tools into one monthly bill: a booking diary (PMS), a booking engine, a channel manager, and a basic website. If you use all four every day, the bundle earns its keep. But many small B&Bs mainly use it for two of them: the website and taking bookings. The rest is rent on tools that lighter setups cover for less.

Do the break-even maths with your own quote. eviivo does not publish a fixed price list, so take the monthly figure you were quoted and multiply it by 36. Our website build is £1,999 once, which works out at about £56 a month over three years. If your subscription is above that and the website is the main thing you use it for, three years of rent costs more than owning the website outright, and a rented website closes the month you stop paying. If you genuinely need the full PMS every day, keep it and add the website on top, which is exactly what the integration above does.
